Erica Tayeh
Erica is the executive assistant at YourHire Recruiting. She brings 8 years of experience as an executive administrator, accounting associate, and office manager in numerous industries including real estate and technology. She supports the culture, core values, and mission of YourHire to ensure the day-to-day operations run smoothly in delivering superior candidates to every client. Erica is married to her high school sweetheart of 9 years and on her time off enjoys traveling with loved ones to create memories and reading personal development books.

She has been involved with various types of sales models as well as marketing, medical and legal processes.
Naturally, Tricia builds strong productive relationships, displays organizational savvy and leverages networks and diversity. Recognized as a Top Tier Manager, she is defined as one who demonstrates the highest level of effective recruiting, coaching and performance including through major product launches.
Tricia is married and has three very active children. She enjoys exercising, hiking and volunteering within the community.
