Jill Purdy, is Director of Recruiting, with over 20 years of experience in sales, talent acquisition, business development, and fundraising in the non-profit space. From a recruiting perspective, she has successfully placed hundreds of candidates nationwide in numerous industries. Jill has also been very active in her community, working with several non-profit organizations and schools over the years in developing community awareness and fundraising. Prior to joining YourHire, Jill worked in pharmaceutical sales, business development, marketing, and human resources. This broad experience brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise in identifying, attracting, assessing, and placing top talent.
Tricia has over 25 years of leadership with a Fortune 500 company. From classical sales and management to key positions within the central office environment Tricia is skilled at recognizing top talent. She has been involved with various types of sales models as well as marketing, medical and legal processes.
Naturally, Tricia builds strong productive relationships, displays organizational savvy and leverages networks and diversity. Tricia is married and has three very active children. She enjoys exercising, hiking and volunteering within the community.
